Poem

Too lazy to be ambitious,
I let the world take care of itself.
Ten days' worth of rice in my bag;
a bundle of twigs by the fireplace.
Why chatter about delusion and enlightenment?
Listening to the night rain on my roof,
I sit comfortably, with both legs stretched out.

Hello! As the happy recipient of your delicious secret fairy package I thought a little update was in order, especially as I sit sipping hibiscus and rosehip tea and considering the delicious flavours still to come from your bounteous selection 'bunting'! The cedar chips are doing a fine job of keeping pesky moths away from my handspun and I still have the lovely wool tops still to spin.
With warm autumn wishes,

L
